ZF ACUTOX KIT

Evaluate acute toxicity of your compounds on living embryos! This Kit allows the determination of 48-h LC50 value. This test uses four morphological endpoints of acute lethality and last 48 hrs. The kit conteins:

      • Zebrafish Embryos (Recommended number of embryos / compound: 160 embryos.)
      • ZF Acotux kit manual which explains:
        • Handling of zebrafish embryos.
        • Morphological endpoints of acute lethality at 24 hpf (selection of viable embryos).
        • Toxicity test protocol.

ZF ACUTOX-PLUS KIT
